At Wild Bond Jewellery, each piece is made with care and intention. Due to the custom and personal nature of our jewellery, we have the following policy in place:
Permanent Jewellery
All permanent jewellery is custom-fitted and welded specifically to you at your appointment.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If your chain breaks, we’re happy to re-weld it free of charge.
Custom Clasp Jewellery & Beaded Pieces
As these pieces are made to order:
- No refunds for change of mind
- If there is a fault or issue, please contact us
We will assess and offer a repair, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.
Tooth Gems
Due to the nature of this service:
- No refunds are offered once the service has been completed
- Longevity can vary depending on aftercare and individual lifestyle
- Your gem will be replaced if it comes off within 30 days, free of charge
General Conditions
- Proof of purchase is required for all claims
- Items damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or improper care are not considered faulty
- We are not responsible for lost jewellery
